Designation of Additional Licensing Scheme – Cathays Community Ward
As of 7.11.2022 Cardiff Council announced that the decision was made to renew the area of Cathays as an additional licensing area within Cardiff. The HMO license for this property expired in October 2022 and so the process of renewal is now underway. Cardiff Council have advised that inspections will be taking place on all properties in the early part of 2023. Cardiff County Council have given permission for this property to be used as HMO up until they can issue the new license.
